I was managing about 2 dozen actually separate campaign ID's and instead of a notification just a simple ban of everything. Time to branch out. If it was not good enough for EPN, going through Pepperjam I fear is going to produce the same result. eBay has really blown it this time. Their affialite program is going to stagnate and rest assured it's going to hurt them in the long run.
