trendY Zelune Proxy Template
It's a fantastic feeling to stumble upon a great script, that fits your every need, at least at that exact moment. Zelune is one such script that landed in my lap after an afternoon of Google stare.
Zelune is a proxy script that imitates PHProxy but simply has worked so much better on my new server. With a few, differences this script owns and modification could not be easier. That's why I started dedicating some of my time to the creation of Proxy Templates. Alas, here is my first, which is a port from FreeCSSTemplates.org.

And thanks for any reviews, don't forget to let me know if you use it.

Bummer Summer
My internet marketing and sales took off for the first time, in it's existence this past fall and peaked just after the first of the year. The bummer is that since it turned hot, my traffic has decided to take nose dive into a cool swimming pool. What's the answer?
I've learned that a diverse portfolio does no good, unless you plan for the dog days. Knowing trends is beneficial in keeping a steady income, instead of crossing your fingers and hoping for the best each month. This uneasy income flow has caused me to create a few goals for myself.
1.) Don't play so much during the summer time, I still have to work, no matter how nice outside it gets.
2.) I know kids are outside playing, because it is nice, so my MySpace targeted sites are gonna drop. Likewise for my gaming blogs, I'll need to add MORE content to keep their attention and gear content towards a summer time theme.
3.) Plan accordingly, I should have a summer time themed website and/or network of sites. Who cares how full my plate is, I want consistency dagnabbit(1 word or 2?).
4.) Buy new window blinds.
5.) Sell any one of my sites to Google and retire at the ripe old age of 25.

Mashable.com
What is mashable.com?
To me it appears to be a Social Networking 'themed' blog, used to ploy search engines into crawling their site. Consider it a dumbed down version of Digg, where the goal is to get MySpace users to click on ads and use their second-rate layouts, graphics, and glitters.
Wikipedia doesn't have an answer to what Mashable.com is, unlike previous google trend sightings. Today on Mashable.com, at most, it's an entertaining spectacle of what one could find on Google Street View, with a top 15 list, including semi-naked babes. (err babe, singular)
*Disclaimer - This has been another Google Trends test. Thanks for participating!
Otherwise known as the fear of commitment to a specific domain name and website creation.
Not only am I a member, but I'm fairly certain I'm the president. Lately I've been buying up domains like a madman, yet cannot commit on a certain project, at least in regards to what makes the best pair.
Domain names obviously play a huge roll in the marketing of a website, but what makes a domain name perfect? Personally, I think that I own a handful of KILLER domain names, but pairing them up with the right project is proving difficult. I think I just need a bigger budget.
