In a mindless surf I found a site entitled BlinkYou.com and I just can't find an honest use for what it has to offer. Basically you get to make notes on funny and/or serious looking gif backgrounds. Really, there is no point, but could make for some interesting filler for forum posts.
Something to consider at least.
